There are mobile homes, detached, attached, duplexes, triplexes, condominiums, vacant lots, etc. I’ve wondered why this area hasn’t changed much in the past 15 years. Defuniak Springs may be the next hot market. Located in the Florida Panhandle, Defuniak is the county seat. Land is affordable. Values south of Freeport and the Bay are expensive!
